HomeACA Member Online Waiver

Because of recent changes to the American Canoe Association website platform, all CCA members who also are ACA members need to take the following steps (if they have not already done so). This is important for our coverage by ACA-sponsored insurance and will facilitate your registration for events, such as pool rolling sessions and the Potomac Downriver race.

1. Login to the ACA website (https://aca.sport80.com/)

On the Dashboard, select View Profile.

2. List CCA as your club. (You can have more than one club.)

To manage your club membership:

  1. Log into your ACA account at https://americancanoe.org.
  2. Access your membership dashboard and click 'View Profile.'
  3. Select 'Annual Membership' and click the three dots to 'Edit.'
  4. Go to the 'Club Info' tab.
  5. Use the dropdown or type to find your club.
  6. Click 'Next' to save your selection.

This process updates your club affiliation within your ACA profile.

Verify that your ACA waiver is up to date.  Look for "Current" highlighted in green. Your expiration date is shown on your profile, under Annual Membership, and under Waivers. If your waiver is not up to date, or if you are not sure, or if it is going to expire soon, select Waivers, then select the three vertical dots on the right side of the screen to update your waiver.

To participate in CCA events, such as the Downriver Race and Pool Rolling, your ACA waiver must be up to date, and your membership must list Canoe Cruiser Association as your club, or one of your clubs. You will need your ACA membership number when you register for insured events.
