Click on Login on the upper right side of the screen.

If you have not already done so, click on Create Account and fill in the required information.

Select View Profile.

On the left side of the screen, click on Event Waivers.

On the Event Waivers screen, select Add Event Waiver.

Select Canoe Cruisers Association as the club, then click the Next button at the bottom right side of the screen.

Fill in the required information.

Then click on the Next button.

Fill in your contact information.

Add your emergency contact information.

At the bottom of the Waiver screen, make sure the I Agree button is selected, then click the Add button in the lower right side of the screen. 

Your Event Waiver is now setup.
