The Sunday forecast for the Little Falls gauge is 3.0', an adequate with partly sunny skies and a high in the mid 80s.

Consequently we will return to the George Washington Canal. We will meet at the Violettes Lock parking lot at 9:30 to run the loop trip using the C&O Canal. Please contact Tim Tilson at hmslydia@msn.com or 703-273-9436 (home land line). Cell available after 900 am Sunday on 703-864-0802.

PFDs are required for all. Helmets are required for kayakers using spray skirts and highly recommended for all others. Foot wear (not flip flops) are also strongly encouraged. Airbags are strongly encouraged for boats without other means of flotation. If you need safety equipment, please advise the trip coordinator.
