We will again paddle the George Washington Canal on Sunday. The forecast is for sun and temps in the low to mid 80s. The Little Falls gage will likely be 2.9’.

We will meet at the Violette’s Lock parking lot at 9:30 to run the loop trip using the C&O Canal. Please contact Tim Tilson at hmslydia@msn.com or 703-864-0802 (Land Line NO Text). Late arrivals can contact Tim via his cell phone at 703-864-0802 on Sunday morning after 800 am.

PFDs are required for all. Helmets are required for kayakers using spray skirts and highly recommended for all others. Airbags are strongly encouraged for boats without other means of flotation. If you need safety equipment, please advise the trip coordinator.
