We will be showing a National Paddling Film Fest (NPFF) “A Blackwater Story” that provides a historical perspective on how the Blackwater came to be run. Phil Coleman, John Regan, and Roger Zbel are among those interviewed. We will have another short NPFF video on some extreme rapids in the Little River Canyon. There will be a door prize for the winner of the trivia contest based on the movies.
The meetings run from 6:30 sharp to 8 PM at the Clara Barton Rec Center (7425 Macarthur Blvd in Cabin John, MD). We often go to eat at a local restaurant nearby afterwards.
