Very small crowd today, with only myself, Wayne, Barb and Paul. After a certain amount of discussion, we decided to run Seneca Creek from Berryville Rd to Rileys. Very pleasant. The level was 124 cfs . Interestingly, Calleva has made an Indian weir upstream of the River Rd Bridge. There are two parallel lines of rocks, then push the water into the area between them. This raises the water between them. Not sure what they are practicing and doubt they got any Md DNR approval. Riley’s was hopping with a Calleva Class, plus a large GSA Adult leader kayaking training class.
