Six of us (Tim, Kathleen, Paul S, Tom Panning, son Brian and I) - but missing Gordy Lang - went down a well watered creek on the first outing of the Sunday Paddlers. Four stream-wide log jams stood in our way - two of which had to be muscled over or carried around. So three and a half hours for a trip that is usually much quicker. Lovely day, trees only just now coming into leaf - a blue jay and a couple of weird mallards, one with a funny white tail.
