Events - Event View

The event will be held at the Carderock Pavilion from 1 PM to dusk. There will be time for boating, socializing, eating, games (practice those throw rope skills), trivia contest, playing of music, and Charlie Duffy will give a refresher on CPR and river safety assessment. Recommended donation of $10 for adults is to cover pavilion costs. This will be potluck with folks bringing food items by last name A--D Appetizers, E--H Salads, I--K Side Dishes, L--P Main Dish, Q--T Dessert, U--Z Drinks (non-alcoholic, beer/wine [to be served in cans or plastic cups]. There will be drawings for boating related items/classes. These include substantive gift certificates towards Charlie's safety classes and John Duke's digital maps (local and elsewhere).
